This website is being created by local residents of Millennium Harbour to provide a quick reference point for information relating to the estate and also the  sale of the Freehold and establishment of the Residents Association.

Millennium Harbour comprises of the buildings of Edison, Franklin, Jefferson, Vanguard, Pierpoint and Waterman, along with the two buidings in its sister development of Naxos and Seacon.

The Residents Association establishment is progressing well and we will soon be asking owners to become formal members.  Details here soon.

The sale of the Freehold will complete on the 29th of June, 2007, to Triplerose Ltd.
