Initial Residents Association Committee.

Following on from meetings held this month a Residents Association has been founded.

The initial positions are held as follows:

Chairperson   - Dennis Defteros

Secretary - Graham Smith

Treasurer - David Smith

Addtional Committee members:

Vanessa Collier, John Senior, Bill Dixon, Deepak Sharma.

Thank you to all those that turned up to the meetings and/or expressed interest in assisting - your help will be needed at some point! We have a wide variety of people living on the estate with a vast array of skills, from legal to finance, to property and estate mamagement so there should be somebody able to provide guidance and assistance on estate matters.

Our next steps are as follows:

To arrange a formal list of all owners who wish to be part of the association.
To meet the new Freeholders and/or their representitives to discuss their vision for the estate.
To arrange half yearly general residents meetings to discuss estate matters. It's proposed the next one is held in September when most people will be back from summer vacations.
To co-ordinate the next election early next year.

One non business item raised was: To organise a social event. At this stage I'd like to suggest a drink after the September meeting, but if people have other ideas and the energy to organise an event, then please suggest it!
