Large Item removal. All residents can have 2 free collections per year of large house hold items. The council can be reached on 020 7364 5004 to make arrangements. Please let the concierge know that the council is coming and only place the items, clearly labelled, in the bin store on the day of collection. Landlords, please note the council will charge you for collection of items if the flat is empty. You are best making arrangements with your tenant to have any items removed and collected on the last day of the tenancy. The council will only accept details from the tenant.
