Welcome to the Official Millennium Harbour Residents Website.
This website is intended for current residents and owners of properties at Millennium Harbour. It is run BY the residents, FOR the residents. No other website is sanctioned for use.
The site has two sections. The first is for all residents to discuss all general items. The second is for owners to discuss Leaseholder items for example items affecting the service charge.
All registered residents will be able to receive email notifications of items awaiting collection at Reception. Paper slips will still be issued.
If you have urgent maintenance issue please contact the General Manager or Concierge immediately and not via this board.
To join, please use the REGISTER button on the front page. Your details will be checked against details held by the front office. If you have recently moved in, please ensure that the front office has details of every occupant. Access will not be granted until you have verified you are an owner or tenant by presenting proof to the estate manager. Please email irmarua@yymanagement.co.uk to confirm a method of delivering proof.
We regularly delete accounts when we are aware of people leaving the estate. If we have accidently deleted yours, please register again and contact the estate manager on the email above. If you are leaving, please send us an email with the date you are leaving and we will delete your account then.
Please note, the lease conditions at Millennium Harbour specify that any rental must be for a minimum period of 6 months. Therefore AirBnB, Booking.com and all other short term letting is not permitted. Regular checks of such websites is done and the Freeholder has contacted those caught previously.

Millennium Harbour was built by property developers Ballymore with designs by CWZG architects between 1998 and 1999. It consists of 288 apartments spread over 3 short blocks, Edison, Franklin and Jefferson, and 3 tall blocks, Vanguard, Pierpoint and Waterman on a 5 acre riverside site. On site facilities include gym, spa, sauna and steam room. There is 24 hr concierge service and a general manager on site during working hours.
